PHOENIX WHARF
The brainchild of Henry Harrison, a
local architect, the development is situated on the riverside overlooking the
Thames River and the Twickenham Embankment with sculpture park and Orleans
Gardens. Originally a boatyard Phoenix Dock is developed as small studio/office
units suitable for a variety of local companies, designers, artists etc.
THE SPECIFICATION
There are two types of units
available. On the lower deck studio units are 515 sq ft and the upper deck
units are duplex units 885 sq ft. All the units benefit from oil fired central

and water/drainage. The duplex units on the upper deck are self-contained
